Mentoring stories
"Thanks to the support of my mentor, we managed to save 17% energy in our cooperative in six months and obtained the MITECO seal. Now I myself am a mentor for the new 2025 group." - Laura G., Analyst-turned-Mentor.
Cases like Laura's show the multiplier effect of mentoring: each new mentor extends the impact network inside and outside the Association, replicating the training cycle described by IVHQ in its climate action programs.
